DGP Dilbag Singh on Jammu-Srinagar Highway encounter: 3 Jaish-e-Mohammad terrorists have been killed, six weapons recovered. Truck driver and conductor have been arrested. Questioning is underway with truck driver and conductor. Search operation is still on.
